Hi Friend,

In the corporate and business world, success is often measured by metrics. The return on your investment (of time, money, energy, and resources). It’s tracked, analyzed, and quantified. How much revenue did your output generate? How many subscribers or followers did it bring in? At what rate did customers convert?

It’s easy to start living by those measures alone…and to feel like you’re on a constant hamster wheel of needing to achieve more.

But what if the true metric of success is something else entirely?

What if the actual metric that we need to measure for is:

How much peace and ease did you experience in your life?

We live in a culture that rewards output. And then asks for more of it. You soon have more tabs open, more emails, more meetings and ultimately more noise competing for your attention.

Lately, I’ve been leaning more into not what keeps me busy but how can I do less — not necessarily by doing everything faster but by creating more clarity and calm. Asking myself questions like:

What removes friction instead of adding to it?

What gives me back time and mental space, rather than asking for more of my energy?

Intentional support has become one of the most meaningful ways I have been creating more peace in my life. When I think about today’s world, it’s shaped by technology and AI, we can’t ignore the realities of it, but we can choose how we engage with it.

What do we actually need?

What truly supports spaciousness, creativity, and ease — and what simply doesn’t?
