Hi Friend,
There’s so much inspiration to be found in the people around us. This year has been difficult for me, and when I feel myself slipping into thoughts that are too negative or simply aren’t supporting what’s truly best for me, I look to others. Something about the way they live, think, and move through the world reminds me of what’s possible. Because when we’re living in our own world, our own bubble, it’s easy to fall into the trap of the narrow view that can sometimes feel like.
The right people can help us see beyond the limits we’ve placed on ourselves. Their vulnerability can make us feel braver. Their clarity can spark focus. Their presence can offer the encouragement or perspective we didn’t even realize we needed.
That’s why it matters who we choose to keep close. Surround yourself with people who uplift you, inspire you, and make space for you to grow into more of who you already are.
Sometimes, the spark we’ve been looking for is already glowing in someone beside us.
Rachel

📖 Know
We affect each other more than we realize. Research shows that moods can rub off on us, even when we’re not talking face-to-face, and that having supportive people around us can make it easier to handle stress and bounce back during hard seasons. The people we keep close really can shape how we feel, cope, and move through the world.

🌱 Begin
Think of one person whose energy, courage, or perspective brings out something good in you. Sometimes naming what (or who) inspires us helps us recognize the same possibility within ourselves.
