Hi Friend,
There is a very real kind of fear that comes with telling the truth about your life while you’re still right in the middle of it, not sure how your story will unfold and before it’s fully processed.
Sharing more about my health journey has brought that fear up for me in a big way.
Some stories don’t feel easy to share, especially the ones that matter most to you. But the more I’ve walked through this really difficult season, the more I’ve realized that living intentionally isn’t just a nice idea to me anymore.
Creating space in my life is about regulating my nervous system, having a calmer schedule and day, slowing down to take care of my body, protecting my energy, and making room for joy, rest, and meaning.
It’s not about optimizing my life. It’s about actually being more and more present for it.
Does this resonate with you? Let me know by replying to this email. 🤍

📖 Know
Research on self-disclosure shows that being honest about personal experiences can help people feel more connected and supported — especially when what’s shared is real, thoughtful, and not forced. Vulnerability can feel scary because it asks us to risk being misunderstood, but it also creates the possibility of feeling less alone. Letting yourself be seen isn’t just emotional; it’s one of the ways humans build trust, closeness, and a sense of belonging.

🌱 Begin
Tonight, take out a note on your phone or a piece of paper and write one sentence that starts with: “The truth is, I’m scared to admit…”
You don’t have to share it with anyone. You don’t have to explain it, justify it, or make it sound beautiful. Just write it down, read it back to yourself once, and let that be enough honesty for today.

✨ Reflect
“Owning our story can be hard but not nearly as difficult as spending our lives running from it.” — Brené Brown
Where in your life are you still waiting to feel “ready” before you let yourself be honest — and what would it feel like to tell the truth gently, even if only to yourself?

Skincare built by longevity scientists — not marketers
Most skincare addresses what happens after your skin ages: the appearance of wrinkles, loss of visible firmness, and dullness. But four PhD longevity scientists asked a different question: what if you could target the cellular process that causes visible aging in the first place?
Their answer is OS-01, the first peptide scientifically proven to address senescent cells — the damaged "zombie cells" that accumulate with age and accelerate visible skin decline. The result: the first topical clinically validated to address visible skin aging at the source. In a double-blind 12-week clinical study of OS-01 FACE:
100% of users showed improved overall appearance
96% improved visible firmness
87% showed improvement in the appearance of wrinkles
Barrier strength improved 15%
This isn't skincare with better marketing. It's skincare with better science. And real results.
