Hi Friend,

I’m here to share something: You don’t have to choose a lane.

My friends used to call me “random” because I’d be consulting one minute, making creator content the next, then hosting a podcast, then getting excited about an entirely new idea. It could be my mild ADHD 🫠 or it could just mean, why not fully lean into all parts of me? For a long time I heard the comments like a critique — like I needed to pick just one thing. But I realized in thinking that way, I felt less seen and less like myself.

Now I hear it differently though. If you’re multi-hyphenate, multi-passionate, it’s worth letting yourself use all your gifts. Those “side quests” that you want to explore are a part of the richness in your life. You follow one thread, it leads to another, and suddenly your life is bigger than what you could’ve planned on paper.

What has happened when I’ve leaned into the multi-hyphenate part of my life:

Spoke on a panel where I got to meet the Katie Couric!
All expense paid trips to Hawaii and exclusive wellness resorts all around the country
Consulting for some of the leading health experts and wellness brands

If you’ve been feeling pulled toward something new, whether that’s a small project, a class, a creative itch that won’t leave you alone, it’s not a distraction. It’s direction. That pull… it’s the voice inside yourself, your intuition and it’s your responsibility to listen to it.

At the end of the day, no one wants to live with regret or live with ‘should have’s’ and I find that the older I get, the more I lean more into this.

What is the thing that you’ve been itching to explore but haven’t quite done it yet? Reply to this email and let me know!

Why This Collagen Works Faster Than the Rest 🧜‍♀️

For decades, beauty has focused on quick fixes: what you put on your skin. But the most radiant glow, strongest hair, and healthiest aging begin from within.

Introducing Pique's Carrara Marine Collagen, a true breakthrough in beauty. This first-of-its-kind formula combines Type I marine collagen for visible radiance with rare Type II collagen from wild Hokkaido salmon to support deeper structural resilience. Enhanced with biotin and micronized pearl powder, Carrara helps promote smoother, more luminous skin, stronger hair and nails, and whole-body vitality.

Designed for superior absorption, you'll see results faster than with traditional collagen. Its rich coconut cream base transforms your daily routine into something indulgent. More ritual than supplement, it elevates even your morning coffee or matcha.

This is collagen, completely reimagined. Not just glow but structure. Not just results but longevity. A new foundation for beauty, built from within. 🧜‍♀️

Researchers looking at workers found that people who had more roles/identities in life(not just “worker,” but also things like friend/partner/parent/community roles) reported lower psychological distress than people with just a single role — in one study, those with triple roles had notably lower distress than those with only one role.
