Hi Friend,
Rest these days for me means asking myself the question, “how can I mentally do less?”
I wake up feeling pretty exhausted — and yes there’s some health challenges I’m navigating so that’s part of the picture but I know what else is going on. And that is that my mind does not stop.
As someone who works from home, makes my own hours, the days (and nights) blend together. I never give my mind the signal that the day is actually over. Sure, I can turn off the light in my office and have a bit of a ritual to “end” the day but I still have my phone on me, I still respond to emails or messages after dinner, etc etc. Can you relate? Or is it just me who constantly needs to bring awareness to how to set better boundaries? 🤪
And why is it important to signal to your mind that the day is done? Well, there’s an invisible weight we carry that doesn’t always look like “work.” It’s one email response. It’s thinking through one work problem late at night. It’s just thinking…but it all adds to your mental load.
So while I have some evening rituals, I’ve realized I need to be more intentional about the thoughts and plans that constantly run through my head.
What would it look like for my mind to actually let the day end?
Feeling rested doesn’t necessarily always just mean optimizing your sleep but maybe it’s about giving yourself permission to put the mental list down.

The Key to Better aging: More NAD+
Most skincare works on the surface. Aramore goes where real aging begins: the basal layer of the skin, where new cells form. Backed by decades of research from Harvard and MIT scientists, Aramore is the first topical system designed to support skin’s NAD+ — the molecule your cells rely on for repair, energy, and resilience.
As NAD+ naturally declines with age, visible changes follow: dullness, uneven tone, fine lines, and loss of firmness. Aramore’s unique complex of NAD+ precursors, ketones, and fatty acids helps replenish cells at the source for skin that acts healthier and younger.
Clinically shown to improve tone, radiance, smoothness, and firmness as soon as 28 days.

🌱 You Are Here to Grow
You might not be 80 yet but let’s start thinking about it now…
It’s Q2 which means it’s the perfect time to do a check-in with yourself. Here’s a life audit to support you.
I think about retirement more and more (I hope I’ll be able to!) Here’s how to prepare for it.
Remember, you have the power to change your life by making small, tiny adjustments to actions that don’t align with your future life.
I’ve been trying to wean myself off of too much caffeine (my body has gotten used to a double shot latte!), so I’ve been drinking this mushroom coffee and I felt the effect immediately on the first day. Definitely a part of my ritual now. Use code RACHELRHEE15 for 15% off!
